Jun. 11th, 2005 10:16 pmThings you enjoy, not because you have to but because you WANT to, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.
1. Reading. It's my job, and it's my vocation. Love it. I literally can do it all day long.
2. Being with my horse Tiki. He's what keeps me sane some days. There is something about a horse that is unlike any other animal on earth, and if you don't know what it's like, it's useless to try to explain it.
3. Shopping. "Retail therapy" is a very real thing!
4. Driving around, exploring.
5. Cleaning tack. Something about thoroughly cleaning a saddle and bridle helps sort my problems out!
