ARGH!!!

Had the second call from a woman about storytimes just a few minutes ago. The first time she called, she told me she had a one year old and a two year old. Fine, we have storytimes for both ages. As they're both "with parent" sessions, we allow the sibling in, and a lot of parents just sign up for one storytime because of this. She couldn't grasp that she *could* bring the other child along, even though I told her many, many times she could. Finally she got belligerent and said, "Well, I don't know why I shouldn't just bring them both to one storytime!" *grr*

Well, she called back and signed up. And THIS time around, when I told her the times and dates, she said, "They told me it was on --!" Sure, the *other* storytime you were asking about, you IDIOT!!!! *sigh*
