Wow, I've been away a long time!

I've been away from LJ-land a long, long time! First of all, I was on vacation as I told you all--then my old, old
Dell (a desktop [GASP!!!]) running Windows XP (OMG!!!) finally gave up the ghost. So I went over to the "dark side" and bought a MacBook. I'm still getting used to it, but thus far I'm liking it. I think it's more getting used to the laptop format than anything else. I will say it was super easy to hook it up to my cable modem and get back onto the internet.

The touchpad is much, much easier than any PC laptop I've ever used. :) There are a few glitches, but I'm sure I'll work them out.

So, what's been going on the last MONTH??

Squee! Welcome to the side of LIGHT! I'm typing on my mac mini. I decided to get one after getting my iPhone, I just didn't want to connect an iPhone to a PC.

Hehehe! The more I use my Mac, the more I love it-- I set up my own wireless network for the internet and printer in about five minutes! Try that with WinDOZE!

The funniest thing of all was the printer's guide: it has a "Troubleshooting" section in the set-up part for WinDOZE, but none for Mac! Hahahah!!!!
